There were clear problems with how this property was managed. Room types may vary.Three generations of our family adored our 3.5 day stay at the Sheraton Carlsbad Hotel. Employees told me the towels were slow “because they had to be delivered from another hotel” on the shared property.

There are lots of kids at this hotel and they are prepared with kid menus and crayons, hot chocolate, you name it. I don't recommend it so much for couples without children because you will constantly hear kids. Everyone thought the fruit bowls were deliciously fresh, and the grandmom thought the blueberry muffins were the best she’d ever eaten. We're delighted to hear that you and your family enjoyed various aspects of the resort and had a wonderful stay. He was here less than 5 minutes and had the issue resolved. We finally just went down to the lobby and the valet ran out for our car very quickly. As the sun went down and it started to get cold,I had to ask a water slide attendant to ask for request towels.
